These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website, digital platforms, databases, informational materials, and services operated by the ADULT FILM ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, INC. including AFAAworld.com and its ten (10) member companies (Carolco Pictures, Essex Pictures, VCA Pictures, Vivid Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Digital Valen, Calvista Films, Platinum Pictures, RKO Pictures, and Cannon Films), collectively referred to as “AFAA,” “the Association,” “Members,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
The AFAA is a professional association committed to representing its affiliated production companies, promoting industry best practices and standards, and strengthening the audiovisual sector, including the production of Feature Films and Erotic Cinema under the “Mainstream Chic” designation.
Its functions may include, but are not limited to:
• Development of technical and production standards;
• Industry research and documentation;
• Institutional representation and advocacy;
• Provision of informational and reference materials.
The AFAA does not produce, distribute, own, or license audiovisual content.
USE OF SERVICES AND CONTENT
All content made available through AFAA services is provided strictly for informational, institutional, and reference purposes.
You agree not to:
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute materials without prior written authorization;
• Use AFAA content for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of AFAA systems or services;
• Attempt to access non-public data through unauthorized means, including automated systems or scraping.
ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
Certain areas or materials may be subject to age or jurisdictional restrictions in accordance with applicable laws.
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable in your location.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

At its option, the AFAA may seek all remedies available to it in these Terms of Use, under law and in equity, including injunctive relief in the form of specific performance to enforce these Terms of Use and any additional instructions, guidelines or policies issued by the AFAA (including those posted on the Sites).
