18 U.S.C. 2257 RECORD-KEEPING REQUIREMENTS COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
All actors, actresses, models, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct on all pages of the AFAA website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time such depictions were created.
Some content on this site consists of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct produced prior to July 3, 1995, and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
For all other content, the required records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the custodian of records.
